Where is my order?

You can check the status of all your orders at any time in «My account«. In addition, when your order has been sent you will receive a confirmation email with the link to follow up on it.

How can I buy in your online store?

To buy in our online store you can first register in the section «My account» Or when you are finalizing your order. You can also make your purchase without registering.

When you find a product you want to buy, simply press the "Buy" or "Add to cart" button and the product will be added to the cart. You can continue adding more products to the basket or finalize your order by accessing from the upper right corner.

To finalize your order, fill in all the necessary information, review your order, select the type of shipping you prefer and choose the payment method.

When you have completed the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and a copy of your order.

What payment methods can I use?

Credit card

Payment by credit card is made through the VIRTUAL POS platform of Bank of Sabadell with SSL encryption, which guarantees a high level of security in your purchase.

We will never store any information regarding your card details on our website.


Pay quickly and safely with your PayPal account. If you select this payment method, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal page, where you must enter your credentials and accept the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, you will return to our payment confirmation page.

Payments through PayPal have a surcharge of 3.5% of the total amount. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can pay using your credit card.

What do the different product statuses mean?

There are stocks

These products are in stock in our warehouse and can be dispatched the same day for purchases made before 12 noon.


These products are available to the manufacturer. Delivery times for these products may vary depending on the manufacturer's stock.

Pre booking

This product is not yet for sale in the market, but you can make a reservation to receive it from the launch date.


This product is not available in our warehouse but you can subscribe to the waiting list and you will receive an e-mail when it is available again.

Do your products have a guarantee?

All our products have an official guarantee of the European Union of 2 years from the delivery of the product.

Cómo excepción, con respecto de los productos reacondicionados o adquiridos por clientes no consumidores (Professionals), the warranty will be one (1) year from the date of delivery.

What is the guarantee of your scooters and e-bikes?

The warranty for scooters and e-bikes is 2 years from the date your order is delivered, with the exception of the battery.

The Battery Warranty has a term of 6 months from the date your order is delivered.
